Your telehealth appointment will take place through your Practice Better patient account. Please check your email and activate your account before your appointment so you can access your visit link and ensure your system is working properly.

Do not see the email?Check your spam or junk folder. Account activation and appointment emails come directly from Practice Better.

You cannot join your appointment until your account has been activated.

Be Ready For Your Appointment

This is a scheduled medical appointment with a licensed clinician.

Please join your appointment from a quiet, private location where you can fully participate in your visit.

Do not join while driving, exercising, shopping, working, or doing another activity.If you are unable to safely participate in your appointment, your clinician may require rescheduling and applicable no-show fees may apply.

Please join a few minutes early and verify that your camera, microphone, speakers, and internet connection are working properly before your clinician joins.

Appointment Policies

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and your clinician.

Please join on time and be ready to begin your visit at your scheduled appointment time.

Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to applicable no-show or same-day cancellation fees according to the policies agreed to when booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I definitely receive medication?
No. Treatment and prescriptions are only provided when clinically appropriate after your clinical evaluation.

Are medication costs included?
No. Medication costs are separate and paid directly to the pharmacy.

Can I use my preferred pharmacy?
If medication is prescribed, your clinician can discuss pharmacy options. Pharmacy pricing, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery are managed by the pharmacy.
