Refill support is a current-patient benefit, not a new-patient service. It is intended for one eligible, non-controlled medication when clinical review is needed.
Before requesting a refill, have your medication name, pharmacy details, current dose information, and any new symptoms or questions ready. A clinician may require a scheduled visit, updated information, or another form of follow-up before making a decision.
Refills and prescriptions are subject to clinical evaluation and are not guaranteed. Medication and pharmacy costs are separate unless explicitly stated. Kosius does not prescribe controlled substances or provide emergency care.
