Will I definitely receive a GLP-1 prescription?
No. Prescriptions are not guaranteed and are issued only when clinically appropriate after a clinician reviews your health history, goals, and treatment options.
What are Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are medications your clinician may discuss as part of a weight management evaluation based on your health history and treatment goals.
Do I qualify?
Eligibility depends on your medical history, current health, treatment goals, and clinician evaluation. A specific prescription, medication, or outcome is not guaranteed.
Can I use a local pharmacy?
Yes. When clinically appropriate, prescriptions may be sent to your preferred pharmacy or a Kosius pharmacy partner that can fulfill the prescription.
Can medication be delivered?
Eligible prescriptions may be available for home delivery through participating pharmacy partners when available. Delivery, timing, pricing, medication availability, and related supplies are managed by the pharmacy.
How much are follow-up visits?
GLP-1 follow-up visits, including refills and dosage adjustments, are a flat $50.
