Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice are subject to a $50 no-show fee.

If a compounded medication is prescribed, please note that compounded medications are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies to meet an individual patient's medical needs.
