Is the consultation really free?
Yes. PeachScripts patients can book a complimentary initial consultation with Kosius.
What happens during my appointment?
A Georgia-licensed clinician reviews your health history, goals, and possible treatment options.
How long is the consultation?
Most initial consultations take approximately 20 minutes.
Can I use my local pharmacy?
Yes. When clinically appropriate, prescriptions can be sent to your preferred pharmacy.
How much are follow-up visits?
GLP-1 follow-up visits, including refills and dosage adjustments, are a flat $50.
Do I have to join a membership?
No. Membership is optional. You can use one-off appointments for eligible follow-up needs.
What happens after my first visit?
Your clinician will explain next steps, follow-up options, and any care plan recommendations.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice are subject to a $50 no-show fee.

If a compounded medication is prescribed, please note that compounded medications are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies to meet an individual patient's medical needs.
Medication costs are separate and paid directly to your selected pharmacy.
