The Single Medication Refill Evaluation is for established Kosius patients requesting evaluation of one eligible refill. Additional or more complex care may require a separate visit.

Most initial consultations take approximately 20 minutes.
No. The fee covers the clinician's evaluation. Treatment recommendations and prescriptions depend on the patient's medical history, clinical appropriateness, required monitoring, and applicable law.
You may request a pharmacy. A prescription may be sent only when clinically appropriate and to a pharmacy the clinician determines is appropriately licensed and reasonably acceptable for the prescribed medication and formulation. Kosius does not control pharmacy pricing, inventory, formulation, processing, delivery, or dispensing decisions.
No membership is required to book the initial evaluation. Any optional membership or follow-up service is separate and governed by its own price and terms.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for rescheduling under the applicable policy. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the disclosed $50 fee.
